HARD-FACING to increase the durability of Clean Cutter products. Hard-facing is the application of welding material to Clean Cutter Parts. Field tests have shown dramatic improvement in the part life of HARD-FACED Clean Cutter products, especially in highly abrasive environments, such as agricultural applications. Typically, a Hard-faced part life is twice (or more) than a Plain part! |
Clean Cutter Tiller Blades offers Super-Koat™ Heat-Treating process on many of our products, to increase their durability. Field tests have shown dramatic improvement in the part life of Clean Cutter parts, in highly abrasive environments, such as agricultural applications, where Super-Koat has been applied to the product. Typically, three or more times longer part life can be expected!
